Hi Vanessa

Hope this finds you well. Just read the message you left this week-end on my wall.

To tell you the truth, I am definitely not a big fan of feeding raw liver during gestation. Some researchers have associated it with an increased incidence of cleft palates in puppies because of the extremely high levels of vitamin A it contains.

I will usually recommend to feed our HT42D diet (which is supplemented in folic acid) until day 42 of gestation and then switch to our Starter diet until parturition and then lactation. Both diets have optimized and size-adapted digestibility that could help increase the stools' consistency. If this is a suitable option, that's definitely the one I will recommend here.

Hope it will help.
